SOSA Gellan Gum – Vegan Gelling Agent for Heat-Stable Applications - 500g
SOSA Gellan Gum is a plant-based, high-performance gelling agent used to stabilize, thicken, and add texture to a wide range of foods and beverages. Originally found on water lilies, it is now produced through the fermentation of sugar using a specific bacterial strain. The resulting gellan gum forms clear, firm gels that remain stable even under heat.
A reliable alternative to animal-derived gelatin, gellan gum is suitable for vegan and vegetarian preparations, with excellent results across both sweet and savoury applications.
