Professional Butter Portion Cutter (Wire Press), Aluminum Frame, 40-Cut Grid - Canadian Distribution - Ships Free Within Canada on Orders Above CAD $199
Portion butter quickly and consistently with a premium wire-press cutter designed for repeatable results in baking and professional prep. With one push, it divides a standard butter block into uniform portions for fast portion control, cleaner handling, and less waste.
Important use note (to prevent wire damage)
Do not press frozen or fridge-hard butter through the cutter, and do not use it to cut other solids. For best results, let butter sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes until slightly softened (around 15°C), then press straight down with even pressure.
Broken wire is not covered under our return policy.
