Orisa Plant Based Beverage Ice Cream Cup Recipe

Tasty and fresh come together in this recipe. Follow these steps to capture the soft ice cream texture and put it in a cup.

Ingredients

OraSì Barista Soy
100 ml

Chopped berry cereals
2 tbs

Espresso
30 ml

Whipped plant-based cream

Dark Chocolate powder
to garnish

Crispy waffle or Savoiardo
to garnish

Method
Start by whipping the OraSì Barista Soy with a siphon. Then take a short tumbler and place chopped berry cereals at the base, add espresso and your cold-whipped OraSì Barista Soy. Garnish with a dollop of whipped vegetable cream, chocolate powder and a ladyfinger. Your ice cream in a cup is ready!
