Use & Application
With a smooth 60–100 mesh texture, this taro powder blends easily into beverages, steamed cakes, mochi fillings, puddings, ice cream bases, and glazes.
Each 30g of freeze-dried taro powder is equivalent to approximately 300g of fresh taro — with all the creamy texture, none of the prep.
Due to taro’s naturally mild profile, a larger quantity is recommended compared to fruit powders to achieve full flavour expression. It pairs beautifully with coconut milk, ube purple yam, or vanilla.
