Plum Flavoring - Super Strength Flavor 1 oz., 16 oz., 1 Gallon

Try adding the sweet and tart taste of our Plum flavor (also called candy oils) to your baked goods, sauces, syrups, and even your homemade wine.

This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings. This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.

TIP: Customers often ask if the aroma and taste of our Super Strength Flavorings are accurate when experienced straight from the bottle. The answer is no! These are highly concentrated formulas that are meant to be used in dilution. The concentrated form is typically not a reflection of how the flavor will come through in a finished product. We always encourage starting with a smaller size to make sure a particular flavor is right for you.
