Kick up your chocolate, hard candy or baking recipes with this hot and spicy all natural ingredient. Designed to be used as an accent flavor along with other flavors - it’s truly a gourmet sensation! Try it along with LorAnn’s Mango, Lime, Cherry, or wherever you want a spicy kick of flavor.

This flavor is oil-soluble and suitable for flavoring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This flavor is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating).

TIP: Customers often ask if the aroma and taste of our Super Strength Flavorings are accurate when experienced straight from the bottle. The answer is no! These are highly concentrated formulas that are meant to be used in dilution. The concentrated form is typically not a reflection of how the flavor will come through in a finished product. We always encourage starting with a smaller size to make sure a particular flavor is right for you.
