Dark chocolate flavored coating with kataifi inclusions for extra crunch. Suitable to dip gelato sticks, soft serve and decorate any dessert. Inspired by the famous ‘’Dubai Chocolate’’. Formulated to harden in touch with Ice Cream and Gelato for creating a crunchy effect. To be used, the coating must be liquid. And to become liquid, it needs to stay at least between 27 and 30 degrees Celsius (80,6-86F). Perfect to be used as a Stracciatella to ripple and fill Gelato tubs and Semifreddo mousses. After opening you don’t need to refrigerate it.
Please note that this is a brand new item launched in August 2025 by Rubicone Italia. For now, the jars have a black and white labels and the fully printed labels are being made in Italy for upcoming shipments. Thank you.

No Cone Dip Warmer Necessarily Required: Our Cone Dip Coatings can work just fine without a traditional cone dip warmer! Simply dip your cold or frozen product (i.e. soft serve cones, frozen fruit, gelato pops, etc.) into the warm cone dip coating and it will quickly harden into a flavorful hard shell. No dip warmer necessarily required as you can warm our cone dip in hot water or microwave. Ideally, keep the product in a heated bath to maintain a constant temperature throughout the day.
